PiNK Express is your courier service in Vienna. We are always ready with the right vehicle and are spontaneously ready to pick you up. We can draw on over 35 years of experience and at the same time keep our finger on the pulse with the latest systems that make your order as uncomplicated as possible.

The price depends primarily on the type of vehicle, loading and unloading times and distance. 15km are included per hour.

The tariffs are shown when booking on the web and app.

The car tariff is 36.- gross and applies to all journeys with , with a weight of less than 15 kg and the longest length of the load must not exceed 75cm and must not be further than 15km away.

If the collection fails, we will charge the full rate. Make sure that the loading and unloading points are informed of your transport.

You can pay by cash, cash on delivery, credit card or corporate customers with the appropriate credit rating can pay conveniently by invoice.

On normal days, we only need 1-3 hours' notice for a pick-up in Vienna. You are also welcome to order further in advance.

We assure you that we will do our best to deliver shipments as quickly as possible. However, this depends on traffic, the parking situation and loading and unloading times.

The transport order can be canceled free of charge before the start of the charging point.

Changes before a driver has been assigned are possible by canceling and re-entering the order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes after the driver has started (status: "Accepted"). In this case, the full transportation rate will be charged.

You will receive a push notification via web and app and also an email.

Please pack the goods safely for transportation and leave them easily accessible for our driver.

We ask you to load a pallet with a maximum of 500 kg. Our tail lifts have a maximum weight of 750 kg in total.

We do not transport hazardous goods, perishable foodstuffs, people or animals.
Goods weighing up to 700 kg on a pallet can be loaded without any problems. We cannot load big bags (1000 kg).

You must insure valuable goods or art shipments and anything that is not packed safely for transportation yourself. We recommend our partner Ivanic & Partner for this.

We primarily drive in Vienna and the surrounding area. However, we can provide courier services within Austria and Europe at any time at the customer's request. We are not a system logistics provider and drive the routes directly for you. This ensures a reliable delivery time window.

Our drivers are happy to lend a hand. For larger undertakings, please let us know in advance in the form of a note.

For reasons of data protection, we do not transmit exact positions. However, the current status can be viewed at any time on the web and app.

For mini removals, we offer cardboard boxes, foil and parcel tape for an additional charge if notified in good time (48 hours).

An additional helper can be booked on request.

We cannot guarantee this for immediate bookings as we usually only have one driver per vehicle.

So please plan and book in good time (48 hours).

Your goods are insured according to CMR conditions.

The driver always delivers to the kerbside. The goods are NOT transported to the property, to the house or to a specific room. If the surface (smooth and not steep surface) at the delivery address
the driver is happy to help.
